White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Baked Oatmeal
Baked oatmeal with all the flavors of a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie
Prep Time 10 minutes minutes Cook Time 30 minutes minutes
Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl except for the white chocolate and macadamia nuts. Stir until everything is combined
Stir in the white chocolate and nuts and then pour in the baking sheet. Spread so it is even and place in the oven
Bake for 30 minutes or until set
Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into 9 slices
Keeps in the fridge for a few days or wrap in a plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 3 months
