Slice strawberries and place in a large bowl. Toss in blueberries and then add the honey. Gently stir to combine and then add to the bottom of the dish
In a medium bowl add sugar cookie mix, coconut cream, and butter. Mix with a fork until it comes together. It still may be a little dry
Add the sugar cookie to the top of the berries in a even layer and place in the oven
After 30 minutes up oven temp to 375 so the cookie gets crisp. Cook for another 8 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown.
You can serve this hot, although it will be messy, or let set in the fridge. Cut into slices and serve cold or heated up with whipped, topping or ice cream.
