In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients until combined.
Add the kombucha and honey in to the bowl and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan. Melt the coconut cream and butter in a microwave safe bowl and stir. Pour it directly onto the batter and place in the oven.
Bake for about 45-60 minutes until the top of the bread is golden brown and the bread is fully cooked through in the center.
