Cookie Pizza

A cookie pizza that allows you to have all your favorite cookie flavors in one.

  • For the cookie pizza preheat the oven to 375.
  • Make each mix according to instructions OR
  • Combine the egg, water, and oil on a food scale and divide that number by 6.
  • Put a bowl on the food scale, zero the scale out, and weigh out 84 grams of cookie mix. Add in the wet ingredients. Should be about 24 grams.
  • Mix each dough and place each dough in plastic wrap and let harden in the fridge
  • After a couple hours take each dough and shape them into triangles on a pizza stone. Each dough will be about 1/4- 1/2 in. thick.
  • Cookie for about 15-22 minutes depending on how well done you want the cookie. Remove from the oven and let cookie set to cut or serve hot.
  • FOR THE INDIVIDUAL COOKIES
  • Prepare each dough the same way for the big cookie
  • Option 1: Roll about tbsp size balls of each cookie and place each ball next to each other to make a circle on the cookie sheet. Slightly press down so the circles come together
  • Option 2: Roll each dough into a long log (snake style) until it is about 1x1". Place each long roll next in a line next to each other on parchment paper.
  • Roll the parchment paper up like you would for cinnamon rolls to stack the rolls on top of each other and create a long log.
  • Take some dental floss and place it under the log every 1 1/2 to 2 in. and then cross each side of the dental floss and pull to make a nice straight cut. Place each slice on a baking sheet
  • Be sure each cookie has a good amount of space to spread. I would say at least 2-3 in.
  • Bake the cookies for about 13 minutes or until they are slighly golden but still soft in the middle.
  • Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days
