simple mills pumpkin muffin mix

pumpkin seeds

lakanto golden sweetener or coconut sugar
omit if you want less sweet

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 and line two roasting pans with parchment paper
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Whisk together all the wet ingredients until smooth in seperate bowl
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Spread half of the batter on each roasting pan and cook for 20-25 minutes until evenly coated
