Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies
All the flavors of banana bread combined in a chewy chocolate chip cookie.

- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup gluten free flour or all purpose flour
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup melted butter can use vegan
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp arrowroot
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl mash the banana until smooth.
Add melted butter and sugar to the banana and mix till smooth.
Fold in the remaining ingredients except chocolate chips until evenly combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix into the batter.
Scoop batter in tbsp sized balls and place on a baking sheet about 1 1/2" apart.
Place in the oven to bake for 8-10 minutes until just set. Let cool for 10 min and ready to enjoy.
Keep leftover cookies at room temperature for 3-5 days.
