Healthy Berry Baked Oatmeal
Easy baked oatmeal with fresh berries

cups
rolled oats
2
scoops
vanilla protein
I used Iheartmacros or nuzest if vegan

baking powder
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
cup
maple syrup, sugar free, or pancake syrup

tbsp
chia seeds
2 1/4
cup
dairy free milk
1 1/2
cups
fresh berries
pink of sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a 9x13 with parchment paper
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the berries until well combined
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly
Sprinkle fresh berries over the top of the mixture and gently press into the batter
Cook for 30 minutes until oatmeal has just set and top is slightly golden brown
Remove from oven and let set before slicing
Makes 12 small pieces or 8 larger slices. Keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days or freeze up to 3 months in an airtight container.
