Monster Cookie Granola
A crispy granola with plenty of peanut butter, oats, and chocolate.

Ingredients

rolled oats
3
cups
Rice Krispies
can sub nuts or other grain
1/4
cup
ground flaxseed
1/2
cup
peanut butter
1/3
cup
coconut oil melted
1/2
cup
maple syrup
1/2
cup
M&M
be sure to use vegan alternative and see notes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 and line a large roasting pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients except for M&M's till combined.
In a separate small bowl mix the wet ingredient till combined.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and fold together till everything is evenly coated. Fold in M&M's
Spread on the baking sheet in a even layer and press down.
Bake for about 25 minutes till golden brown and remove from oven.
Let cool completely and break into pieces.
Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.

To make this recipe vegan: Some of my favorite M&Ms are unreal and yumearth brands.
