No Bake Vegan Brookies
No bake vegan cookie dough layered with no bake vegan brownie batter.

Cookie Dough

vegan butter softened

cane sugar or monk fruit sweetener

cup
coconut cream

vanilla extract

Brownie Batter

cup
vegan butter softened
1/2
cup
cane sugar or monk fruit sweetener

vanilla

cup
coconut cream
1/2
cup
cocoa powder
3/4
cup
oat flour
1/4

salt
Instructions
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add all the cookie ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix until a dough forms. Then fold in chocolate chips.
Place in the bottom of the loaf pan. Press in a even layer and place in the freezer.
In a large bowl combine all the brownie ingredients together until a dough is formed.
Sprinkle dough on top of cookie dough and press into an even layer.
Place in the freeze for about an hour to set. Then slice in to 8 bars and enjoy.
Keep leftovers in fridge or freezer.
