Vegan 7 Layer Dip
A healthier version of 7 layer dip with beans, queso, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa
Prep Time 15 minutes minutes
- 1 can refried beans
- 10-12 oz vegan queso credo or siete, about 1 1/2 cups
- 10-12 oz guacamole (store bought or homeade) about 1 1/2 cups
- 8 oz vegan sour cream forager
- 1/4-1/2 cup enchilladas sauce depending on spice
- 1/2 cup mild salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- optional garnish: avocado slices, cilantro leaves, olives
Take a 8x8 glass baking dish or plate and start layering each element
1st spread out refried beans evenly across pan
2nd spread the guacamole evenly
3rd spread the queso on top of guacamole evenly
In a small bowl mix the sour cream and enchiladas sauce
4th layer the sour cream mixture over queso
5th add salsa over sour cream
6th sprinkle the lettuce on top of the dips
7th top with optional avocado and cilantro
